Overall a pretty good run from coming off a friends wedding night where I ate and drunk quite a bit. I was a really stupid at the end. In steady of running lows nines which is what I was supposed to do, I sped up way too much. Especially in the last mile. On the one hand I'm glad my conditioning is back at a point where I have the ability to drop the hammer like that at the end of a workout. But running back to back quality days like that is asking to get hurt.
