Notes
This run was harder than it seems because it was at Holmdel. A lot of miles were jacked up because my top middle school girl kept leaving everyone and we had to keep going back and getting everyone together. In fact she was going 7:58 pace halfway through the last full mile.. I had to put the breaks on her because she had all the other top middle school kids and four middle school freshman. She is going to be a beast. I'm categorizing this as a Fartlek. Most miles were my top girl took off around 8:00 pace. Then I had to turn her around so we didn't lose the others in our group.
