Finally got out there after all the monsoons and glaciers moved through. It was deep twilight and I could barely see a Great Blue Heron about 40 feet away standing in the water at Sunview Lake hunting for his supper. Huge hoards of Blackbirds everywhere. Quicker pace felt good and it felt good to sweat. I was getting cabin fever sitting at home.
