When you run these routes as much as I do you always look for new ways to make it interesting. This was a good 6 mile run without having to go around Sunview Lake. It had a public restroom at 2 miles into the run at Southeast Tennis and Homicide Park and I ran around the pond there without being shot at or killed. The rest of the run was nice with a bunch of Yellow-rumped Warblers flocking in a Sweetgum and a Ruby-crowned Kinglet hanging out in some Winged Sumac. Saw Anna passing by during my walk down. A good day in the life.
