Every time I try to get started with a consistent running schedule something always comes up. This time it was bad head cold that was getting ready to turn into something worse. Body soreness and chills followed but thankfully subsided during the night. Still have the head cold but ran anyway. They say that sometimes helps alleviate the cold. Was a good run, steady pace, I feel good and rested at the end. Hopefully I won't wake up with pneumonia.
