Good to be out there with the weather turning cooler. Took a better pair of birding binoculars out and was treated to a Great Blue Heron, a Great Egret, several Swamp Sparrows, a Carolina Wren and a Red-bellied Woodpecker. Venus bright in the west and the evening sunset were beautiful.
