I have a wonderful wife (Jenn), a beautiful daughter (Cameryn) and a Beagle (Payton). I also have a great job that has opened the door for me to do the things that I realy enjoy.
I have been coaching CC and T&F @ Bel Air High School since 2000 and while I enjoy a wide veriety of sports and activities; running is always #1 |
Why do I run:
Like alot of people I am an addict - if I miss a day I feel like a lazy piece of crap! |
Why I started running:
To get in shape for wrestling season during my junior year of high school (I still run but have not wrestled since college) |
