I did Tempo Intervals.

I will try again next week, because I was supposed to do .5 fast and .25 slower.

I set my .5 intervals too fast (9:30-9:45) because the first part of my slower intervals involved walking. Plus, watch on the treadmill is not the most accurate (it goes more by arm swing than leg movement).

Oh well, 5 more miles done of marathon training!
