This time I kept my warm up & cool down separate from my run.
Very proud to do 2.26 at sub 10 min despite this being essentially off the couch!!
I haven't really run at all since 2013, so I'm proud of that.
Well, my initial goal was accomplished. Run 3 times, and meet or exceed 5 miles in the first week.
Keeping the momentum going will be a challenge next week...I'm traveling for work into Tennessee & Kentucky, leaving Sunday & returning Thursday...let's see if I can get a couple runs in while on the road & studying (drinking)!
