Set up the bike in the garage last night the best I could and filled the tires and stuff.

I have to start riding more to get these muscles used to getting some action, but this was a decent ride...pretty much negative splits the whole way.

I felt good and like I was taking it easy, I didn't push too hard...just working on getting back into the rhythm.
