Wow! Was this really my first activity since April of 2013???
Really wanted to get back on track with my health this year. It was quite cold outside, so I figured I'd try the treadmill. Took it pretty easy since it has been a while.
Honestly, I have only run on a treadmill a few times in my life!!! It was very unusual, but satisfying.
One thing I was not prepared for was the mild vertigo I got when I got off. Haha!
I walked to warm up for 3 min, and walked to cool down for 3 min. The rest was running.
