Super cool. The Garmin Forerunner 305 is now a factor. This was my first run in a while, but I was so psyched to use it that I took off running on a post-work pre-basement effort. I was so excited that I forgot to put on the HR monitor! I will definitely use it from here on out. I manually hit the 'lap' button, so the distance was off on the second one by a hair, but I have remedied that for the future. The ankle was ok overall, but I totally think that it is the pitch of the road that was aggravating it. I may start taking the route the opposite way to mess around. Overall, this was a horribly slow run and that pisses me off a little. No worries, I will be back on track in no time!
