This almost didn't happen. Very late start and a very long night.
Again, I wanted to do a longer run, but just couldn't manage to drag myself out of bed earlier, so I settled for my 2 mile loop to make sure we all get to work on time. This was not a very comfortable run, I felt a little 'heavy' and the first mile was sluggish. I am starting to find my rhythm though, so I do not want to log this as a tempo.
