This was my first run in a little while, and I was dying to know how my ankle would respond. No wrap, no medicine, just a pure run on the ankle. Felt great overall. My ankle got a little funky after lap two on the 0.89 mile route, so I made the 3rd lap a 0.5 route, and left it at that. In general, I am glad I waited to run again, and I also made it a point to stay in the middle of the road almost the whole time. The roads around here are quite sloped, so maybe that helped a little bit too. This run helps give me confidence in my ankle going forward.

Hey buddy - best to be smart and not push it too quick after tweaking an ankle. Glad you're feeling like it's on the mend.
