I only had a 30 minute window to exercise & shower today, so I did the best I could.
I have been horrible lately about exercising, so I had to get something in. It was raining, and I almost went to the bike, but I knew I could get more out of the short time period if I ran, so I ran in the rain.
Overall, I feel like I may be losing a step due to massive work overload, and burning the candle at both ends. My diet has been lackluster too, as I am starting to put on weight. I need to get back into a solid exercise rhythm, but I already know that this week is a bear as my two usual days (tues, thurs) are PA travel days for work, so I will likely not be able to workout...I'll have to get creative.
