Notes

Wow, first run of 2012! Inspired by some recent emails. I basically had 15 minutes of freedom late this morning, so I decided to use it for exercise. I had to get back in the saddle, so this is something. Terrible run though, I have clearly packed on some more weight, and am paying the price for hibernating a little, but that is ok. If anyone saw a giant snail crawling through South Bound Brook today do not be alarmed...it was just me.

Woo hoo! Alright buddy. The first few runs are the tough ones, but don't despair, things will get better before you know it, and you'll see how much better you'll feel after a few weeks. And, now that you've run in the past it should come back quicker than if you were starting from scratch. Keep on keeping on and we'll be here to support you the whole way!

Way to go my man! The first few after a hiatus are the toughest, but take it one at a time and keep logging them in... you know we got your back!
