Quickly becoming one of my favorite places in the world. Took a trail that I passed on last time and it was gorgeous and very runnable. I didn't reach the end of it, or even see the end. In fact, There was a cross road I found that looked it went on for quite a while as well.
Left hip hurt randomly in the middle of this run to go along with the strange numbness in my left leg. Otherwise, things were pretty OK. I had intended on running a bit more this week, but decided that there were enough warning signs to merit a little more caution.
25 min on the way out and 23 and change on the way back.
