Ended up doing 3 mile warmup, felt like I needed a little more time. Last 2 nights sleep haven't been great, Hannah has a cold and Chloe is Teething and last night went to a concert. Nothing wrong, just felt like I needed a little more warmup to get going.
Wore the Endorphin Pro today. Haven't worn them since I first tried them for a workout before Buffalo. Still don't totally love them and took me a few miles to feel my stride right in them but I'm not totally ruling them out yet. I still love my fastwitch more (But they are being discontinued later this year so I'm trying to plan ahead knowing I will need a new racing shoe for half/fulls). Pushed the pace a bit the second half of the workout because I was trying to feel out the shoes even at different paces, and I was feeling good/strong/controlled.
