Went to the canal for it so I didn't have to worry about cars etc and get some shade for parts. It was 55 at the start and probably 70 the second half (dew of 58 though!) .
Mentally I really needed this. I wondered if I was being a wimp on Thursday for the workout calling it early but I believe it was the right call. My body needed a few more days to recover from the high fevers etc.
