Hit the treadmill for this since it was 86 degrees. I felt okay, alebit like a beached whale from girl hormones. Thank god those will be gone next week. Opted to do 12 instead of 13 tempo miles, I don't regret it. One mile now wont make a difference in 10 days. Averaged 6:42 for the 12 tempo miles.
