Notes

Decided on 10 x 45 seconds on, 90 seconds recovery. Parked in GVP and ran up around to mount hope and through on my favorite parts of the area. Hit some good hills this way too! I kept my watch so I could only see HR and not pace but even then... I didn't look at it much except warm up and cool down. I went very much based on effort otherwise. Didn't have a goal for the 45 seconds other than to run hard but controlled and work on form as this was my first real workout in a long time. Felt good and I am happy with how it went! Some of the intervals were on ups and some down which made for a good workout and pace vary.
