Alright alright alright 😏
Unplanned weekend off for mommin' could have left me stiff or fresh. Reality ended up somewhere in the middle. Took me a bit longer to warmup but then rolled pretty well through the reps. 3 x 10 min; goal 6:05 pace -- hit 6:10, 5:59, and 6:07......which averages to 6:05 so mission accomplished even if not perfect on each rep. Effort was on.
