18 degrees with a real feel of 5. 12mph winds which was brisk in spots but not quite as bad as yesterdays 28+ woof.
Ran with Dave, nice to have company and chat throughout the miles. Hips were super sore from the cold. Sidewalks up empire were Icy and needed to walk some to stay upright.
