Best feeling long run in a while. Fueled and hydrated well. Really happy with this effort - 4 x 5k and kept nice and controlled.

Stop for quick bathroom and water refill after 1st block and stop for skratch refill and grab gel after 3rd block (in which I argued with my phone that didn't want to read my sweaty fingerprint to unlock my car 🤣🫠)
