Round 2: 8 x 1k
Part 2 of double threshold day. I was a little nervous for this one because I was feeling a little bloated and tired from the day. But dialed in and set the effort and went. Didn't look at watch the last few reps and just opened up stride a little to see how I felt. Finished the day strong. Proud of this, I did a double T day back in spring and it wasn't bad but today was far more confidence building and successful from my perspective. But I can also tell the fitness gains I have since then too.
