1mi WU; dynamic stretching; 6 x 100m strides; 5 x 1m CRUISE INTERVALS @ 6:23, 6:19, 6:17, 6:12, 6:05 (2min recovery); 1m CD, then 15-20min static stretch and icing, compression if needed

Solid workout at the track. 5 x1 mile with 2 minutes rest between each. Eric ran with me for 1,2,4 and I did 3,5 solo (well he jumped in for last 1/4 of #5 to give me something to chase to be done. Felt ok, I'm bloated and a little off but still hit paces so no complaints. Except for the millions of people walking In all different lanes causing some bobbing and weaving, that was a little obnoxious.
