WORKOUT: 3 x 1mi @ 90% of max mile effort; 1mi WU; 6 x 100m strides; (w/5min active jog recovery); 6:13, 6:11, 6:09; 2-3mi shuffle CD; 15min static stretch post-run, then compression
Really wasn't feeling this tonight. At all. Hence it being slower. I think I need a rest day tomorrow. But maybe some super slow recovery miles will help. We will see how I feel in the morning.
