2 x 1 mile at 10k and 10 x 30 sec interval
Temp 75 (Real feel in 80s) Dew was 66
Had a babysitter for a few hours today to get some work done and took advantage and used that time to get my workout in solo outside too even if it mean midday heat. Definitely felt the heat but happy with the execution.
I wore the Endorphins again and still just thinking they aren't IT for me. Being on the roads I realized I think I just like a little more ground contact, didn't bother me as much with the 10k reps but for the short speed I had a harder time feeling out the effort and getting going.
Rolling terrain (not crazy hills though) so some reps were up and some were a little down but good practice for race day.
