Hooray! 100 miles in 6 days!!!
Pushed myself out of the comfort zone. Tired legs even before start and decided to focus on distance/time for this one. Finished with 2 miles MP pickup which simulates the MP effort after 20 miles.
啊,三個月前最高就只能單週 90 miles, 現在居然能六天 100 miles 了。在過去六天都跑了超過半馬距離的疲勞程度下,還是精準地完成了今天的長跑。明顯看到自己的進步,也相信一定還可以更強。
