20 sets 1min ON/OFF Fartlek (ON at 530-505; OFF at 700-640), bonus 4x200 hill sprint (I don't know why it shows 2 but we did 4). 企圖 copy 六月跟 Caitlin 跑的 workout, 但後面幾組都能跑進 lower 510 or 50x. 感覺狀況好了一個檔次
最後的 hill sprint 逼蕭昱讓我們 5~10 公尺玩鬼抓人,整他的感覺超好 LOL
