LT workout w/ Leon: 3x2@(552/544/536), R600m
Aiming for 88s, 86s, 84s for 3 reps and hit each of them with a strong finish. This LT workout roughly equals to 552/544/536 which is ideally my MP, HMP, 10K Pace (on track). So far I’m in a good shape with many many weeks until Boston. It will be interesting!
