Starving 2h40m 空腹無補給

Goal is to run same time as my planned marathon finish time (>2:35) without breakfast nor gel. Only 3 short water breaks were taken in between. Felt low energy after mile 10 as HR were going super low (<120bpm) but when the fat burning engine came to work it felt better until mile 22. Overall it’s a tough one but still manageable, thanks to my #極光 bros!
