10x1000@10K Pace(83s->80s), R400
The dinner night before was a big portion but ended up helping me maybe? Did not feel too much struggle for 82-83 and was able to hit 80 for the last rep. Considering it’s just the first ‘actual’ workout, I’d say still room for improvement, but am happy with the result.
