Very Easy Run
Ran this very easy & felt really really tired at the start. I actually ran this slightly faster vs yesterday whereas today I ran this much easier, controlled pace at times, ran this progressively & at much slower HR? Ran in/around Phillips Pl starting behind Palm looping around Pecan into lot behind Bonterra looped around & then did a figure 8 loop of Palm/Pecan/Palm & then a loop down PF Changs to other side looped around island up Phillips Ct Pl & around Pecan/Palm (mi 1 - felt really tired, felt really slow, and ran this really slow, did not feel great), then an expanded loop down PF Changs to other side looped around island up Phillips Ct Pl & around Pecan once then around Pecan & Palm once then down PF Changs to other side (mi 2 - felt a bit more fluid, still felt tired, fought the feeling of wanting to stop, not feeling great), ran another expanded loop then up Phillips Ct Pl (mi 3 - started to feel better & feel more fluid), ran figure 8 around Pecan & Palm down PF Changs to other side around island looped RH in entrance into cinema lot for 3x zig/zag loops (mi 4 - felt much better & more fluid). Stopped to grab sunglasses, did drills & then jogged over to Harris Teeter (mi 4 - 4.45).
