Easy Run

Altered route given the sun as I was trying to maximize running in shaded areas & minimize running into sun. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl starting out at hotel running around PF Changs to other side 2x loops of small lot then looped RH in entrance into small lot for 2x+ loops & 1/2 out exit (mi 1 - felt tired, felt laggard, felt slow, felt really uncomfortable as if I was having a heart attack), did 3x reverse loops of RH & around island & onto Phillips Ct Pl (mi 2 - felt a tiny bit better but still felt uncomfortable, felt slow, tried to focus on keeping in rhythm & thought about stopping), did 2x+ loops of Phillips Ct Pl around Pecan & Palm & down PF Changs to other side around island (mi 3 - focused on grinding this out, felt like I was in 2nd gear and stuck, able to stay in rhythm), did another loop of what I did in prior mi but then ran down Phillips Ct Pl on sidewalk in shade looped around island & then back up on sidewalk in shade looped around Pecan & Palm & then down Phillips Ct Pl on sidewalk in shade & over & into cinema lot (mi 4 - felt so much better & relaxed, still felt laggard but much better rhythm & no discomfort).
