Did this on the treadmill in the basement because it was snowy and icky out today. Passed the time by starting Schitt's Creek. Made it through 2 episodes of that and then needed some music to get me through the rest. Not sure what I was expecting an 8 mile run on the treadmill to feel like, but this was not great. Medial aspect of left ankle has been bugging me quite a bit for the past several days. If I had to guess it's my ATFL. Probably should rest a couple days but I will go crazy in this house.
