Three mile tempo - wanted this to be continuous but I think I'll have to work up to that. Stopped for breather at 1.5 mile, and then hit a long red light on Hwy 33 at about 2.4 miles. Good effort, but felt kind of nauseous. I had a very large smoothie about 30 mins before this run, which explains it.
