Notes

Ran to sled hill. Did 2 miles worth of hill repeats, running the downs and alternating running/walking up every other repeat. I wanted to hit 4 miles at least but achilles couldn't take the pounding given how sore it's been all week.

Ran with new handheld. No fuel during the run so started to feel the drain near the end.
