Notes

Ran to the track and did 3 x (4x400). 30 second rest between reps, easy loop between sets. First set focused on controlled speed. Pushed a little more on 2nd and 3rd set focused on moving faster but breathing well.

Overall pretty happy with the consistency of 1st and 3rd sets. 2nd not so much.
