I was on the fence about doing hill training vs a tempo run. Decided to do tempo effort 2 miles in and on the hills it was definitely harder. First two miles were not bad elevation wise but the next three were pretty tough. Total 5 miles of tempo effort. Not sure what was up with the 6:08.
