This was an all purpose run. Didn't really set out to do anything other than a long run, but when I came across some new trail by accident, I couldn't resist. Ran 4 miles of technical trail through the woods, and then easy pace. After the trails, I decided since I was feeling strong I would do a marathon pace run, but instead somehow started running tempo and finished with a 4 mile tempo run +1 mile c/d. My left AT tendon started to tweak at about 9 miles. Got progressively worse from there, but better while I was doing tempo. Overall a pretty good run. Fueling was a piece of logan bread before the run and one gu.
