ran with VAl at Glendoveer. I ran the first 2 miles slow with her at 10min pace then 8:30ish for the other 3.

My legs the last 2 runs have felt really heavy and blah. just not alot of energy or Umph.
hoping tomorrow is better.
Afterward I went to the Gym and did a Circuit training class for an hour! that was good workout!
lots of squats, jump rope and weights:)
