This workout was 2.75 mile warm up, then 15 x 1min with 1min recovery. i did the first 10 repeats at 9.3 (6:28 pace)
the next 3 at 9.5 (6:18 pace) and the last 2 at 10 (6:00pace). then cool down til I hit 9 miles.
it was a good workout...harder than I had anticipated but also very enjoyable. !
