RECOVERY day:):)
Wow...that was SO hard for me to be patient. I coldn't even run a 10min mile today. I guess my body is VERY SLOWLY coming back:(:(

great day. learned alot about accepting where my body is at.
today was a GREAT achievment for me.
workout took almost 2hrs but I did it. patiently.
