Workout from John: 2 warm up, 4 at 7-7:10 pace, 2 cool down.

really had to do alot of positive self talk as I was doubting myself alot here.

My 4 tempo splits were: 7:08, 6:56, 6:44 and 6:47

John actually told me I need to slow down:( i suck. I ran these too fast and he doesn't want me to get injured. I am working at pushing myself less. Does that sound retarded or what? what is wrong with me? I need to learn to SLOW down and not push TOO hard in practice so i can save it for RACE DAY.

I am feeling confident about saturday...I can FOR SURE run a 7:15 pace for 13 miles but will try for better:)
