good run with Becky.
around mile 7 my achilles tendon started to hurt..woudl come and go....but then I stopped and when I stared it agin it hurt worse...this happened a few times..by the time we stopped to cross the street on our way back by duniway...I coldn't start up runnning again...limped back to car:(:(
am stretching and icing today...hoping it's better tomorrow!!
