couldn't find anyone to run with so I went to spring water.
Goal was 8 miles....BUT at mile 6, i decided I was feeling pretty good and wanted to do a 10. Might as well take advantage of the free time with no kids, right?
at mile 9 I found I had great energy...looked down and I was hovering around 7 min pace.
Mile 9 was 7:12
Mile 10 decided to push it and it was 6:45...last half mile was tough but felt Soooooooooooooo good!
