Felt SO strong and in control today. wasn't sure how this work out would go b/c I am sick and coughing up alot of phlegm. but it was awesome. didn't feel nearly out of breath. I am more and more convinced of the science behind womenes menstrual cycles and running times. All my best workouts and races seem to be when i have my period:):)
felt good today.
My mantra was "strength building, not speed" and I got both:):)
