Easy 8
I guess I ran a little fast towards the end. Gauging that more by heart rate than pace. I think sometimes my average heart rate for these easy runs is deceiving because these routes have so many hills. I like to keep my HR in the 140s for easy runs but it's almost impossible to do that going up a hill.
Overall felt pretty good. I could feel the hill blasts in my legs more so than previous sessions which made me happy. Feel like I'm finally getting the hang of them. My quads were a little sore and towards the end my right glute started to get tired.
Mentally preparing to take another stab at the 11.2 tomorrow. I don't think I realized last week how sick I was since I got much much worse later that day. So I am hoping tomorrow will be better!
