I almost always run the full 6 on Sundays but after a tough week and feeling kind of crappy towards the end of the week, I decided to shorten it a bit. My boyfriend STRONGLY encouraged me to take the day off but I felt like getting a little shake out run might actually be better for my legs.
Was shooting for 3-4 miles and settled on 4. Didn't feel horrible but felt good about stopping at 4.
Felt better yesterday than normal after a 20 miler. Maybe I'm finally adjusting and I also made sure to eat more. Feeling better today too.
